Formation of the nonprofit corporate entity
Review of organization name and domain availability
State incorporation filing
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Drafting of IRS-compliant governing bylaws
Preparation and submission of the appropriate IRS tax-exempt application
Follow-up support if the IRS requests clarification or additional information
This service is delivered through a collaborative process. Your participation and timely submission of requested information are essential to keeping the process on track.
All prices include all required state and IRS filing fees.
A 50% deposit is required to initiate services.
Remaining balance is due prior to IRS application submission

Step 2 - Complete the NPO Intake Questionnaire. (You are not expected to have all the answers. Any unclear areas we will guide the process tailoring it to your organization.)
Step 3 - Schedule a meeting for final details as we begin the formation and filing process
Don’t worry if you don’t have every detail yet — we’ll guide you through it. To help your filing move quickly, it’s useful to gather in advance:
Names, addresses, and contact information for at least 3 initial board members
Designation of President, Secretary, and Treasurer
A business address for the organization
Phone number and email to be listed publicly
No! You don’t need a perfect mission statement to start. It helps if you can clearly describe the program you plan to execute, but we’ll help you draft compliant purpose statements based on your program plans.

No. Payment initiates the process, and then you’ll receive an onboarding intake questionnaire form where you provide the details you do have. The rest can be clarified during the process.
